Well, Nova has her own DLC for Starcraft 2 where she IS the main protagonist, so… it counts.

Glad to see some more support for the half genie hero around here. 
Actually, now that I think of it, I’d probably add Athena Cykes from Ace Attorney as well. She may not be the main lead of the games, but she’s headed up her own cases, so she probably fits enough.
