Does TJ have Anti-Air?

Maybe I don’t follow you. But, in that clip I do a flip out reset followed immediately by a target combo (mp > hp). Once the target combo is out of the way, almost anything is possible. It’s a whole new opener.

Man those are some pretty crazy skillz.

Thank you for sharing this, I learned a lot about good old TJ.

You should upload them to youtube or someplace, I would like to study those Techs further

The Season 3 changes have really helped me in my style of TJ. I’ve had problems mainting pressure on my opponents, because I’m naturally a counter type player (I main Guile in SF)…With S2 TJ, I would get my opponent on the ground and have difficulty figuring out a way to safely continue pressuring (so many characters on the roster have great wakeups, or the wakeup can be delayed making it a challenge). Zoners were especially a problem for me, since I would have to work so hard to get inside over and over again, since I kind of back off when my opponent is downed. With the resets, I am able to get my opponent open, keep them on their feet and do damage. It’s on them to end the loop.

*Other TJ players, I’ve found, are very agressive and will dash right into their downed opponent and stay there. It’s just not my demeanor.
