Streets of Rage 2
The Secret of Mana
Chrono Trigger
Castlevania : Symphony of the Night
Ori and the Blind Forest
Jet Set Radio & Jet Set Radio Future
Panzer Dragoon Saga
Command & Conquer / C&C Red Alert
One day I will finally come across a copy of Panzer Dragoon Saga. That will always be the one that got away as far as my game collection is concerned. Sold my original Saturn weeks before Saga came out.
Anyways, as far as soundtracks, I’d say:
Halo
Castlevania SOTN
Mortal Kombat (Genesis version)
Final Fantasy VII
Final Fantasy Tactics
Super Mario 3
New Killer Instinct
Original Killer Instinct
Skies of Arcadia
Aggressive Inline
Lost Odyssey
Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver
Soul Calibur
Killer Instinct (Xbox One)
Halo 3
Half-Life 2
MegaMan 2
Super Mario 64 (Mainly nostalgia reasons)
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Castlevania: Sympathy of the Night
Final Fantasy 10
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
May I add Rez. Dying was so fun in this game because the first few tunes when restarting still bounce around my head.
I still have my copy of MGR Revengeance, and all I remember is the music that kept me going.
Never finished it ironically *..quickly unplugs XB1, inserts HDMI cable in ps3 *
Mass effect is another where I just kept playing on and on for the music.
Ah the memories. I know that one of the composers (Hideki Naganuma?) had produced some of the music for a couple of sonic games released on the old DS. Those soundtracks are gems as well. Never played the actual games but that’s what youtube is for hehe.
Dark Souls 1
Killer Instinct (2013)
Banjo-Kazooie
Bioshock 1
Team Buddies (PS1)
Crash Bandicoot 1
Rush 2
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1
Sonic the Hedgehog (Sega Genesis)
One of only tracks to actually make me feel, while playing the game. First time I played Mass Effect 2’s Suicide Mission, I was dying and sweating so hard…LOL
