I wanted my gamertag to be just my name. I also find it awkward calling people by their tags at events ( “hey, FlyingPotato456, nice to meet you in person!” Lol)

I’m Tony. And I’m at home. I generally don’t call it “home” because I prefer renting apartments over buying a house, but yeah.
Are you new or returning to KI?
I played the older games but was much too young to play them seriously, or even tell it apart from Primal Rage, so I would say I am new.
My primary game is actually Mortal Kombat.

I am a self taught programmer. I code for a living, but it’s also a huge hobby. I like to work on open source projects in my spare time.

I’ve been using ‘Elegance Liberty’ online for the better part of 10 years now, and after not having access to Xbox Live since 2012, I finally got around to changing my old gamer tag to this just recently. Are you new or returning to KI? New to KI. I was bored a couple Octobers ago and decided to marathon Did You Know Gaming one weekend, and the KI episodes were really interesting. I was also a fan of Rare for a while, but I never played KI. I followed the game for the better part of 2015, but I couldn’t afford an XB1 until last Christmas, and the rest is history. Hey there DoobyDude, yeah - I feel the same, my first forum was actually the Gears of War forums but it was certainly a lot less lively than it is here. I also met a lot of cool people along the way, pretty much the reason I made this thread, to get even more names I may have seen around the forums but never actually met!

I feel you, I never intended for this thread to feel too personal for people but a few have commented on that. I should have mentioned that you don’t have to go beyond your comfort zone or even post a picture - heck it can even be a photo of something you love, essentially it’s just a better way for us to familiarize with one another.
Same here, I never started in Season 1 - wish I did but I held off the Xbox after the rather controversial decisions made by the executive team. I planned on getting it but wasn’t as committed until I saw my brother wrecking people online with Wulf. A year later at the very start of Season 2 - I picked up an Xbox and just played it.
That’s pretty cool! I may not be into Transformers per say but I do have a neat collection of figurines I managed to get over the years at least with Gears of War - I might post them sometime.
