Agreed. As someone already mentioned, it will be hard to tell the difference if you both use the same set, it will be hard to tell them apart. Its only logical that they change with the colour, as the colour don’t really change much other than the armour, which is swapped completely in his accessories.

Hmmmm well from personal experience 5’8-5’10 are almost designed for battle mastery. In that height range your career as a fighter is just longer and less full of career ending injury. Most high ranked warriors I trained under were about that height or shorter.

The dev team thinks of everything.
Turns out there are accessory colours specifically reserved for these mirror matches. I also tried this with the predator set (turns brown), the Blade set (turns orange) and the Divekick set (also turns orange).
This doesn’t work in every case though, I tried this with two Mayas in future armour and the only way to tell them apart was by their hair colour. So it’s more like the dev team thinks of almost everything.
But I would imagine they thought of it regarding the Arbiter’s accessories given so many completely ignore the chosen palette.
P2 hip hop set looks sick, I wish there was a way to access these mirror match colours normally, hint hint.

Neat! well hopefully the Arbiter does have something of this sort.
Arbiter does have alternate colors for his armor in mirror matches. They turn on automatically.

Hey, could we possibly think about maybe making some of the mirror match colours selectable for regular play in future please?
Particularly for premium and retro accessories, it would be nice to have even two colours available.
But that’s a discussion for another thread really.
This makes me hope that they have more awesome full body accessories for future characters.
Ah, okay, THAT explains where I saw the blue combat harness. I was super confused when I set up his retro accessories and I couldn’t change the armor’s color! Which was slightly disappointing, as I wanted to be able to play as a variety of different ranks with the combat harness, but I guess that’s the trade-off for having such in-depth costume changes.
Well here’s hoping we get at least the mirror match variants selectable at some point
Speaking of which I think they need to fix something.
When two arbiters pick an accessory set
(even if it a different color, the 2-player verison is always that alit 2P color. Is tis a bug?
Actually yeah I noticed that the other day.
See they’re not even wearing the same costume, let alone accessories.
Exactly I even made a topic of it to see if anyone is seeing the same thing. I hope they can fix this. I’m not up at night about it but it should be addressed.
They should focus on their top priorities first though.
