Arbiter Command List


##Type-51 Carbine
The Type-51 Carbine holds 18 rounds of radioactive ammo and can fire three-shot bursts. Once the magazine has been emptied, gunshots are replaced by melee attacks.

##Plasma Grenade
Sticky anti-personnel plasma grenade that detonates after a three-second delay. Throwing distance can be changed by pressing or . Grenade blast can harm both players. The Arbiter carries three grenades, replacement grenades are salvaged over time.

##Combat Evolved
Arbiter can tack on a Plasma Grenade or fire his Type-51 Carbine to deal additional damage after performing a throw, Prophets’ Bane, or any Ender.


##Fire Weapon (Standing) -
Fires Type-51 Carbine. The Type-51 Carbine holds 18 rounds of ammo and can fire in three-shot bursts.

##Fire Weapon (Crouching) -
Fires Type-51 Carbine at an upward angle. The Type-51 Carbine holds 18 rounds of ammo and can fire in three-shot bursts.

##Fire Weapon (Jumping) - (IN AIR)
Fires Type-51 Carbine at a downward angle. The Type-51 Carbine holds 18 rounds of ammo and can fire in three-shot bursts.

##Throw Grenade - (AIR OK)
Tosses a Plasma Grenade. Grenades can stick to the target and will detonate after three seconds. Throwing distance can be changed by pressing or . Grenade blast can harm both players.

##Self-Detonating Grenade -
Arbiter tosses a Plasma Grenade that detonates moments later. Has startup invincibility. Knocks both players to the ground.

##Cloven Kick -
Performs a side kick that pushes the opponent back. Can be canceled into Special Moves. Can Wall Splat opponent.

##Interrogator -
A close range overhead strike using the Type-51 Covenant Carbine.

##Particular Justice -
An anti-air attack using the Type-51 Covenant Carbine.

##No Regret - (IN AIR)
A jumping strike using the Type-51 Covenant Carbine.

##Negotiator - ,
A target combo that uses light attacks. Allows Arbiter to combo into Mercy’s Demise on hit.

##Honor and Respect - ,
Slashes the opponent with two Heavy strikes.

##Blood of Our Sons - ,
Slashes the opponent with a Heavy strike, followed by a Medium.

##Blood of Our Fathers - ,
Slashes the opponent with a Medium strike, followed by a Heavy.

##Mark of Shame - ,
Slashes the opponent with two Medium strikes.

##Throw Forward -
Arbiter grabs the opponent and slashes them twice with his Energy Sword. Can follow up with the Type-51 Carbine or Plasma Grenade.

##Throw Backward -
Arbiter switches sides with the opponent and slashes them twice with his Energy Sword. Can follow up with the Type-51 Carbine or Plasma Grenade.


##Mercy’s Demise -
Forward moving lunging slash using the Energy Sword.

##Truth Seeker -
An overhead strike using the Energy Sword.

##Prophet’s Bane -
Using active camouflage, Arbiter grabs the opponent and stabs them with his Energy Sword. Can be followed up with Type-51 Carbine or Plasma Grenade. See Combat Traits.


##Energy Shield - x2
Arbiter activates a shield that aborbs damage. Has invulnerability on startup and nullifies hitstun caused by projectiles.

##Shadow Mercy’s Demise - x2
Arbiter charges towards the opponent and slashes the opponent 5 times.

##Shadow Truth Seeker - x2
Arbiter performs an overhead slash that hits 5 times. This move is projectile invulnerable.

##Shadow Prophet’s Bane - x2
Arbiter uses his active camouflage to grab an opponent from any distance. Holding delays the attack. Invulnerable to throws until recovery.

Hard Knockdown Ender. Arbiter slashes the opponent into the air with his Energy Sword.

Hard Knockdown and Ground Bounce Ender. Arbiter slashes the opponent into the ground with his Energy Sword.

##Prophet’s Bane -

Damage Ender. Arbiter stabs the opponent with his Energy Sword.


##Judge and Executioner -
Arbiter’s Energy Shield automatically regenerates over time.

##Combat Elite - (while Instinct is active) (AIR OK)
Arbiter gains the ability to parry attacks using his Elite combat abilities, which can lead to some devastating punishes!
