u had to restart the download ? im having the same problem here 
Yeah man find the the default install location, find the new folder that has something like Cache in the folder name and delete.
Restart the computer for sure!!! Just restartin the download gets you nowhere
Then it worked after about 6 hours or so while I was out doing something else. I disabled all my over clocking stuff too just in case. They are sure using some new download tech so… it’s just different
