Xbox 360 controller not working on PC version?

my Xbox 360 Versus Controller doesn’t work with the game anymore. I haven’t played since the Arbiter release, but I know the controller worked then. Why doesn’t it work now?

I’ve tested it in other games such as Street Fighter V and it works fine there, so why can’t I use it in KI?

That’s weird. Are you drivers up to date?

I’ve got several 360 controllers and sticks, all work fine.

this is a well known issue.

ever since shadow lords KI’s controller support has been garbage

when they added X1 support they broke compatibility with nearly everything else
