Personally I now definitely would like very much to see Ori become a guest character in KI especially with the recent announcements of the all-new sequel to Ori and the Blind Forest, Ori and the Will of the Wisps, and Ori soon going to make a guest character appearance in Rivals of Aether. Overall I believe this would be a good time now to have Ori as a guest character in Killer Instinct anytime soon from now    :sunglasses:

Speaking about that, Ori’s PHYSICAL appearance in Killer Instinct would be based on and at the same time be very similar to his PHYSICAL appearance in Rivals of Aether. Also IF Ori by any chance gets/receives his very OWN stage in KI, it would definitely AND absolutely be the Spirit Tree stage and overall the Forest of Nibel stage for him   :sunglasses:

No. I don’t want to see him get crushed by Aganos.

Yes

As Guardian, not as fighter

Problem with Ori (and this is a sort of an issue I have with him in RoA, though I give that appearance a pass due to the style) is he’s not very combat oriented in his own game. He is frail in O&TBF and the main way you deal with enemies is either running past them or avoiding them while you spam your homing pea shooter. Besides a ground bounce and a few more projectiles you get, he’s not much of a fighter. Nor does his game contain either of the two things KI likes: silliness or violence.

He could be like Yoda from SC4.

He’s even smaller than that…plus Yoda in sc4 is one of the most despised characters in any fighter ever lol

OR like the Servbot from MvC2…That experiment went well.

I’ve spent years pretending that Omen is Ori from the Blind Forest.
