Windows 10 version crashing during gameplay

I’m on Windows 10.
My CPU is a Ryzen 3700X, my gfx card is a Radeon Vega RX 56, and I’m running 16GB memory.

Literally every game session, KI crashes to desktop without warning. The game will be running smoothly, freeze up for a second, and then crash. There’s no error pop up on my screen or anything, but there’s stuff in the Windows Event Viewer. Here’s what it says about the latest one.

I bolded the exception code because that is the same for every single crash.

Hello!

This could be anything, have you changed permissions/ownership of the windowsapps folder?
What you can always try is to scan for corrupt system files.
You need the command box (in taskbar search field type cmd, rightclick on command prompt and run as administrator).
Then you type “sfc /verifyonly” without quotes and press enter.
This will scan you system files but will not fix it.
To fix issues you need the command “sfc /scannow”, it normally doesn’t break anything but to be 100% save you should do a backup of you windows installation.

@KRAKENJIMMY tagging the one guy keeping this game alive and reviving it when it’s down. Hope he can help out.

The only other thing I could suggest would be to try and repair the App, or re-install and see if that resolves things.
