Kimâs personality actually makes her more human, which is nice. She IS the Dragon Spirit, and she knows that. So of course, she has been tasked with Saving the world, and she is the last hope. So of course she knows, there is no way in Hades that she can lose, so she seemingly becomes brash. And as Hawkeye from Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 stated, âYouâre not brash, If you can back it up.â Kim has those skills.
Of course we can, but letâs spend some time getting acclimated with her though. I want us both to have some exp under the belt yeah never sweat the pros.
you misunderstand. Itâs not about whatever wish I have, itâs about what weâve been told. They already told us that they donât plan on taking her story in that direction. Everything theyâve said regarding Kim theyâve stuck to their guns on and they said no romance.
I would agree but the fact remains that there is no progression in the KI stories. In the end of each season non of the characters become better characters. There was even threads in which people complained TJ was a jerk the entire time.
The written posts on this website have better overall lore and quality compared to the game.
Well⊠âRomanceâ like âREAL ROMANCEâ in a Fighting Game is rareâŠ
But there is some âromantic relationshipsâ in Fighting Games that work and not make the story âweirdâ
Kitana - Liu Kang Jacqui Briggs - Takeda Johhny Cage - Sonya Blade Guy - Rose
What kind of relationship do you think Jago and Kim Wu could have, RTA07?
CRIS178:
I was thinking the same thing⊠Until I read this: "Origins are just where characters start⊠not end"
So, as I said: "Her origin (A Imature Personality) is where she start as a fighter, but she change later during the story, and in the end, she is a complete diferente person? Thatâs what I think!"
I like Kimâs personality. It shows her innocence and how she has yet to embrace the patience and years of extensive training required to fully become the embodiment of the Dragon Spirit, thus reaching a point of having full control over it, making her extremely formidable. In a way, itâs a cute b*tchiness as we are taking that journey with her as she learns what it means to be a guardian.
Her counterpart clearly being Jago, who we see at the climax of his training and control over the Tiger Spirit. Donât get me wrong, Jago is my boy ~bumps chest ~ but he is pretty bland. His quietness makes him come off as strong but we never got any character development besides his battles with his inner corruption. I would like Jago to have a huge impact in S3 story but not necessarily save the day, surely do more than a majority of the cast - the hero should as said by many, be Kim.
So, how can Jago contribute to the significance of the story? By guiding Kim throughout her struggles and understanding of an internal force ready to be awakened. Also, even if Jago himself isnât one - his teachings as a monk can highlight the will and patience Kim will need to become a Guardian. Ahem. and also, they bump ugly. Thatâs right I said bump ugly! @RTA07 . Lol, in all seriousness I see Kim as being at least 21-23. So Jago being in his 30 isnât too rough. A romantic match is just, really good. It may be corny sure, you can say that. But, they both differ so much that they essentially complete each other. Come on! Both the spirit of a tiger and dragon will come together to create the ultimate Guardian of the world!
Makes sense. Left kind of a similar comment earlier to @PoweeeWesley60 about how Kim and Jago can learn a thing or two in their martial arts and each other. Simple example: Like Jago being able to teach Kim patience from being rash vs Kim âcrackingâ Jago showing that itâs ok to show emotions every now and then instead of having it bottled up. I do see their opposite personalities clash from the start, but later realizing that they have an appreciation in each other that grows strong. So yeah, itâs possible
Dibs on Kim (somewhat) saving the day that allows Jago take care of some âSuper Saiyan Gargosâ or something * COUGHNEWBOSSCOUGH *
Not sure if what I said is clear enough, but yeah.
LETS DO IT NOW cues themeâŠAGAIN
Jokes asside too, you wish LOL !!!
I literally face palmed with that edit xDDDD nicely played sir.

Jago and Orchid: *facepalm
Lol
But what you saying is:
Kim Wu defeat Gargos, then Gargos transform into a Super Version, and then Jago defeat him?
Been figuring out how to explain this for sometime hence late replyâŠ
From what I remember, Jago is the one who is after Gargos since S1 right? At the same time, Kim is going after him as well. Jago has been training in his martial arts for so many years vs someone who probably just started (âprobablyâ since we donât fully know Kimâs story yet) I do see Kim beingsuper intimidating though for being a âquick learnerâ (additional bonus for having her Dragon Spirit). She probably already gained full knowledge in her martial arts vs what Jago has been doing all year round. At first, kim might be all like âYeah thatâs right, I know that mission with Gargos was all mineâ or something like that⊠But NOPE.avi
Taking a wild guess that Kimâs cockiness might eventually get the best of her when some new boss character comes into place that only Jago could defeat and realizes that â â â â â , guess Iâm not all thatâ hence becoming a better yet more mature person in the end maybe.
A different possibility is Jago and Kim having the same mind set of fighting Gargos alone, but eventually realize that they need each other in the end.
Would be badass it was both taking down this supposedly demon character but who am I kidding. that might be too obvious.
I always thought that jago would have a final showdown with omen while Kim goes off to fight gargos and fulfill her destiny while orchid fights aria to take down ultratech once and for all or eyedol (should he return).
As for omen v. Jago I would think that jago beats him but still he remains unbeknownst to jago and begins to regain his power slowly in order to avenge his master. As he gains more power he eventually forms shadow flesh (donât know what else to call it) and dons the armor of shadow jago but with more omen traits such as slimmer body, shorter hair and wings so that should there be a sequel they could both make a return but as a different character and a hell of a lot more menacing. (These are just my thoughts though).
The only thing that would really annoy me is Kim Wu vs Cinder. The two annoying voices together would be too much for me to bear since they both have a Saturday morning cartoon vibe.
