Why do skins have different prices for each character?

I mean Tusk and Aganos’ Shadow skins are 5000 measily SPs… but Jago is 75k. TJ is 30K. Etc, etc. What dictates the disparity in pricing?

It is done based on how popular each character is. Except for bosses like Eyedol and Gargos.
