Why all of my KI Gold disappeared?

Hello dev from KI, today I was going to personalize one character and I realize that all of my 25k KI Gold was gone. Please answer me back asap. Thank you. @rukizzel @CStyles45

It happens sometimes.
It goes and come back.

Try to relog.

Erf. You should try to contact the support.
I had the same rpoblem with KI comes out on PC, but it was finally a connection issue who disappear my KI gold sometimes.

I’m having this issue, too. So are tons of other people (bunches of threads are popping up about this issue today). My guess is that it’s an issue with their server because they are getting ready for Eyedol’s release.

Also, xp boosters are gone.

I re-logged in last night and my 18k was gone too. I’ll have to check again when I get home. :confused:

Same issue for me around 19000 missing from buying Supreme edition on PC. Apparently lots of other people having this issue. I hope this gets fixed soon!

Hey everyone.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue in regards to the KI Gold. A fix has been deployed and should be working now. Just exit out and restart KI and you should be good to go!

KI Gold has returned. Thank you for catching that Kan-Ra… He hasn’t done anything right lately…

Have you punished KAN-RA for stealing our precious gold?

I’ve tried restarting multiple times, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling my game, and my gold is still gone.
