Here are at least couple of game nominees/contenders that I already predict would overall win Game of the Year 2019 at the Game Awards 2019/2019 Game Awards:
Ori and the Will of the Wisps
Doom Eternal
BLOODBORNE. I started playing this game in 2019, so it’s my GOTY2019 so far. But you never know, God of War seems good too and I also have yet to play that game 
For real: I think Sekiro could be a contender.
