When's the Patch so I can end Lvl 4 Enders for good

“Lvl 4 Enders” will still be a part of the game even after the patch.

I would assume when the 3.1 patch drops. Maybe end of this month.

I need a Kim Wu shadow so yes hurry anything up so I can beat shadows in France or whatnot
