I’d say march 18th with 4 characters:
-Rash
-Kim Wu
-an Abe Sapien (or Chtulhu or other lagoon/sea monster) lookalike
-a Medusa with serpentine low body

followed by (casual order): Gargos, Eyedol, vampire nosferatu-type, Arbiter
bonus for ultra edition, choose from: cyber/steampunk gorilla, shark man, insectoid, Skorge (yeah, sure).

All topped of a true arcade mode for all characters (allowing customizations and random opponents), a color-customizable shadow mode and a training mode with casual rematch option.
