Wigs are often made of real human hair. In Fulli’s case I think it might be horse hair or another animal, mimicking knight helmets.

I would assume the same hair that is used in Roman soldiers helmets. Which is most likely horse hair. Now being this is a futuristic setting…its probably a synthetic material or “fake hair”.
