This is the only dossier i’m missing, does anybody know how to obtain it? I’ve looked everywhere and couldn’t find any conclusive solution, i believe it’s just random, though knowing if it’s exclusive to challenge mode would be nice.

Dossiers have a random chance of dropping from opponents that are associated with it. In the case of Vigor, defeating characters that have it as their buff should eventually cause it to drop. The same applies for the other dossiers as well.

I know that, but i can’t find any mimic with that power and i don’t know what to do.
Just random luck really, gotta keep playing through. Sometimes it can drop from chests, and not even be related to the buffs the fighters had.
