"Unable to Sync with Ultratech Servers"

Recently came back to the Game after a long absence, and have run into issues in trying to access Shadow Lords content.

All characters are unlocked, Shadow Lab mode, Single Player, MP (including ranked) all work fine - its strictly Shadow Lords that wont sync/function.

Ive tried on numerous devices (mobile phone through Cloud, Xbox Series X, Xbox One), but still get a persistent error message

Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling all content, but the problem persists and i cant seem to find any solutions on how to get this to work.

Are there any suggestions/methods to get this to work?

Edit: For further context, gamer profiles of other family members can connect to the mode, but my main profile cannot

Yes, I’ve had the same problem for more than three weeks. My profile can’t connect to the ultratech servers no matter how many times I hit the retry option. A secondary profile can connect, my friend’s profile can connect, but mine can’t. I’ve tried everything: connecting via Wi-Fi, connecting via cable, clearing the console’s cache, restarting my router, deleting my profile progress both locally and from the cloud, deleting my profile from the console and downloading it again, quickly changing the password, checking the game licenses, checking the primary Xbox, uninstall the game, uninstall every dlc, etc. Nothing seems to fix this error. Any kind of information you have would be helpful in resolving it.
