Honestly thought this was going to be a quick fix.
me too. don’t know whats going on. Yes i can play single player to use my xp boost, but i don’t want to do that. Afther a bunch of single player, then the game gonna save and i have lost all my KI gold. So afther the fix, the game gonna ask me what save i want to load. What i do then? Load my old save without xp boost or my latest save with xp boost and without KI gold?
Or am i wrong here? Why nobody tell us something? Really hope its not a big problem.
I’ve been waiting since this morning as well. Does anybody even know what’s causing this sync issue? I hope the issue will be fixed soon, so I can play shadow lords and shadow lab again 
It’s finally working, but I think today’s reward KI Gold is lost if we logged in when it wasn’t working, anyone that had 0 Gold when the game started giving gold and didn’t buy or spend any until today can confirm how much free gold we should have? I’ve 1625, and I think it should be 1775 (plus today’s 150).
P.S.: Just in case… I ran the game twice, I know you don’t get the rewarded gold until the next time you start the game.

I had not claimed my daily rewards yet. I just did and my daily reward (gold) was added as normal.
It should merge them. Your gold is separate, and not tied to your game save.
I don’t understand the case of theGAME603, but today I had gold as reward, and I suspect I lost it when I logged in offline to at least play some training and VS CPU matches (the game completed the reward requirement just by logging in) and I guess the game was not able to send the confirmation to the servers, because I think I had the same amount of gold yesterday.
Anyone from Iron Galaxy is reading this topic and can help to clear up this issue?.
