Unable to Resync DLC Content - Xbox Game Pass - Asus ROG Ally X

HI all

I am running Killer Instinct on my Asus ROG Ally X and up to about a week ago had no issues. Now I keep getting “Unable to Resync DLC Content” however I never purchased any content from Xbox / Microsoft as this version is part of Xbox Game Pass and my account / subscription has no issues.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the same issue is occurring. I am running the latest AMD / Windows software, but baffled why this only started occurring in the last week and nothing network based has occurred and even different networks result in the same error “Umable to Resync DLC Content”. Why is this occurring and how can it be fixed?
