Honestly, I feel like alot of the lockdown the devs did recently had more to do with keeping Eyedol a surprise than anything. Since then they’ve been rather open about the game. In fact, the majority of Shadow Lords is already sitting on everybody’s computers just waiting to be data mined.
Correct. Been around games for a good amount of time now, and have seen a fair share of leaks. Things happen. You move on. Plenty of folks will see what’s happening, but an overwhelming majority miss it completely.

Eh, I kinda segued off into a point about developer/community trust in the competitive scene, that’s admittedly kinda unrelated to the point I was responding to.
