The only thing I’m “worried” about is if only a select of characters get the Ultimates. It’d be disappointing and a middle finger to the community if once again only a few got the Ultimates lol
That’s my only concern too but i HIGHLY doubt they’d only give them to certain characters. People who’s main didn’t end up getting one would be super ■■■■■■■

I think it would be a mistake to not give them to guests.
Guests draw in new players. Finishing moves draw in new players. Put that together, and it’s one of the best ways to hype up advertising for the game.
