Just in case there are any who donât know, Expedited shipping is always expensive, meaning it gets priority and is very quickly shipped. My company occasionally has a client who wants this kind of shipping, and a $5 shipment quickly goes up to at least $70 for Next Day Air.
If you go to the websites for common shipping companies youâll see there are various shipment rates, typically with differences in speed (next day ground < Next day air saver < Next day Air) and increasing expenses. Next day air saver typically gets the item there the next day guaranteed by 8 PM, and is pretty expensive. Next Day Air will get the item there the next day, guaranteed by 8 AM. Itâs a HUGE difference in price and is intended for emergencies, as I understand. Itâs not about where the item is coming from, so much as the amount of time it will take to get to itâs destination.
If the three digit shipping costs are simply expedited shipping from the holiday season, I donât think it should be a surprise. The price probably skyrocketed at their shipper in order to deliver the item by Christmas/New Years. They already had stated that the shipping costs were, what? $18? Thatâs very reasonable, and Iâd be willing to bet the time from shipment to delivery is higher for the $18 shipment than the Expedited $167. I seriously doubt the company is trying to scalp people on shippingâŠ
Of course not. Itâs simply a bit worrying that, while during Shagoâs launch there was three shipping options (18$, 167$ and 171$), now the single one available is the 171$ one.
I may be wrong here but are you guys telling me the killer instinct figure purchase item is $50 but has a SHIPPING FEE of $170???

I hope final Jago has a bit more depth in his human flesh colored parts, because mostly always the âhumanâ characters in most toy series suffer from plastic-like aspect due to the flatness of their skin color. Or maybe itâs just the picture.
Fulgore is a sure purchase for me when itâs released. I will have Shago and Fulgore from wave one. Really hoping the Orchid figure is good enough because I really want it. Heck I want them all.
