I had that issue with my Jago and I mentioned it to their customer support. They sent me a new figure free of charge…just the figure though, no base or accessories. It didn’t have the weird eye issue.

Hot damn, you’re lucky. When i tried to make a claim, I literally got told by support to put the base on backwards and it should be fine. Was it? Nope.
They’re pretty good they sent me 2 fulgores instead of a jago. So they let me keep the other fulgore and sent me a jago
