Just wanted to quickly ask what TJ’s flipout command is as certain characters have different moves for it and I can’t find it anywhere in an accessible guide.

No, you can use it against airborne opponents, not only after enders.

Vortex and shoot toss are good to set it up

You can use it any time you use shoot toss, or after any vortex (opener, linker, ender).
