Hello I have months that purchased from Microsoft Store the Definitive Edition but can not runs well, just the free version (one charter available) when run.
I do not know what to do, can anyone help please. Yes reported on the bugs Forum, nothing.
Please what am i supposed to do or talk to?

You’re gonna have to wait, as we all. There’s a bug and they’re trying to fix it. It’s causing the game to crash and people are having a hard time find matches in MP. Some people are also reporting shin hisako being greyed out. There’s an ongoing topic on this matter. You should report there.
