Has there ever been any word on the possibility of getting the stages that are missing? I haven’t been on the forums in a while, so sorry if it’s known.

Nothing official. Last I recall there was a thread pleading for a Community Fund to have those stages made. At this moment, nothing is planned IIRC.
Not yet. Hoping at least Mira and Eyedol get their own stage one day. I can live with stageless guests though lol
These patches will be real doped if they could drop the missing 2 stages per patch
No official word but you can bet your butt they know we want them, badly.
What was the reason arby got his stage? Was it for pure advertisement purposes?
That and probably giving Xbox flagship game recognition.

Pretty sure Arbiter’s inclusion was a big deal from Microsoft’s point of view, get that cross pollination going so they spared no expense.

There’s no paranoia to be had, its a touch of speculation and common sense. The folks at 343 straight up gave IG the models for most of Aribiter’s costumes, the character was handled very delicately with a lot of attention to detail. Its not so far fetched that they would want him to be a fully featured character with a stage at the launch of season 3. 
Advertise more halo. Well I’m not particularly against that…
