I finished up that âfamily crestâ project. Added a few more bits and fixed soon stuff. Iâm actually kinda proud of it. Might put it on a shirt.

so i was on facebook last night. a guy posted up that atrocity that was the metallica gaga duet. guys on there were saying it was âevoking true metalâ or some bullshit like that and that it harkened back to the hey day of 1980s thrash. i wanted to puke.
also this valentineâs day is super cheap! my expenditures? 0 dollars lol.

Yea it was pretty bad. I thought she did ok as far as a pop star doing a metal show, but Metallica has just lost all my respect. they tried to bring it backâŠbut James just isnt the the James I grew up listening too.

This weekend I am going to hang out with my dad and play some video games pretty much chilling out.

Been a normal day. The only thing I hate is the fact that they do these last-minute moments. For example, the higher-ups sent me and a select few to go to the range, in the belief that it would take the pressure off those going to the range next week. Now, I was seemingly frustrated because I needed to do remedial PT (which I will make up for tomorrow), but the other hand, if I qualified, I wouldnât have to go shoot next week, so I went and did my thing: scored a 30, which I did better last year

Red-vette is what he wanted to name Metallica before Lars came up with Metallica.

Well actually he didnt come up with the name, Ron McGovney did and Lars took credit.
Lars grew up super rich. So it was about the music back then. the dude flew across the world just to attend concerts and meet people at age 16âŠalone. It wasnât until the black album was successful that it became all about the money. Once he had a taste of the elite millionaire life, he changed. Most people do.
I have 2 Metallica biographies and the Dave Mustaine bio and they are amazing reads. really interesting to learn about their beginnings.
i got the impression it was about money when Load came out, it seemed so damn radio friendly and â â â â , then of course the napster incident couple years later. they say it was about âcontrolâ. right, but control also means its about money. you control the content, so you can sell it. i do not blame them for it, artists do need to get paid. but ya know, they couldve ddone without trying to sue a 17yr old high school kid for grabbing 1 song his scratched up CD couldnt play (me)

Man when that happened i had over 1800 downloaded files from Soulseek. Thats the only PVP program i still use to this day.
I have so many songs my CPU is like on life support via memory.
You know every time I hear about Metallica and Napster it reminds me of an old flash video called Metallica Napster BadâŠlook it up on youtubeâŠIâd post it here, but it has a lot of language, and I donât want to besmirch our tame website. But itâs funny.

i know the video youâre talkin about, i saw it the very next day after their lawyer emailed me explaining why my napster acct got banned and tossed in a legal notice telling me to get representation or some BS. i sent em a nasty reply and never heard from them again lol
