MS, use your infinite resources and have Keith David record all the lines. Do it right.

Maybe they couldn’t get Keith David because of time, as well as money and Resources. Someone as big as Keith probably costs a lot to hire.
Do you want them to spend a ton of money on Keith David grunting, or actual in game content?

Aside from that trailer intro, I don’t see why they couldn’t just recycle grunts, yells, & short lines that Keith David & maybe other elite voice actors have done in the Halo games to make a more authentic Arby voice in game.

Remember when Cinder’s trailer was released, and A LOT OF people thought he was british or something like that because of his voice? And they were totally wrong.
Let’s wait for a confirmation, because to me, he seems like Keith David, and MAYBE it’s only our imagination toying us.

that sounds too much like a vulture to me. besides people WILL notice and will complain about it. i would rather a new voice actor say lines meant for K.I…besides maybe its because im not much of a halo player but he sounds more than fine to me
It wasn’t his trailer it was his teaser where he only uttered one line that isn’t even in the game. Heck it still sounds british if you go back and listen to it. Arbiter on the other hand had a giant monologue and yeah, it’s not Keith David.
I can’t help but feel that the sticky Grenades should be a launcher. I feel a bit of cognitive dissonance seeing something that usually cause folk to be throwback of their feet, causing them to flinch instead. Beyond that Everything is Awesome 
I have noticed another thing.
When Arbiter faces right, his left arm has no armor, and his right arm has armor, but when he faces left, it switches the armor too. His right arm has no armor, and his left does.
I can understand it with the sword or the carbine, but the armor too?
It’s the same as aganos, I guess it’s so that it’s easier to identify auto doubles and stuff.
Given that this is off topic, that’s the last comment I’ll make on it.
Maybe I didn’t express my self properly, so here it goes.
When you have bad news and good news you tend to mention the bad news first especially if it’s pretty major, because the good news will be a small consolation.
They had every intention to release the trailer, and they knew the reaction to the 3 stages was going to be pretty big, what I’m saying is they might’ve released the arbiter trailer without the next character trailer faster than initially intended because the reaction to the 3 stage news wss maybe worst than initially anticipated.
In this case the teaser I referred to is not the arbiter teaser but the next character teaser at the end of this trailer.
I hope It’s clearer. If not, don’t worry about it, move on to the next topic.

Today was about Halo and the Arbiter. You may have noticed that when we did our tease on Halo’s channel, there was no Kim Trailer before. Long story short, we kept Halo stuff there.

I am still not a fan of Halo so I can’t say that I’m eagerly awaiting the release of Arbiter. Nonetheless, I will say that he does looks great in KI, a lot different than I had imagined honestly. So much so that I can actually see myself having a blast with him. Great job guys!
I’m thinking the opposite here, its likely they decided to push out the bad news before the good news. Not rushing out the trailer because of the new but rather releasing the bad news because they know the trailer was on the horizon. Also not telling people about only three stages before showing off a BIG stage would only hype people up alot, that would’ve been a hard fall to get that news late.
It’s fun! The lore is very cool. I haven’t played one since 3, but I’ve kept up with the lore. It’s a really cool one. If they could only make it into a movie…

Trailer was great. The music is fantastic, props to Celldweller/Atlas Plug for being worthy replacements for Mick. Always hard to get a handle on a character by just a trailer alone but it all looks pretty good to me. Stage is absolutely beautiful which made me sad all over again for obvious reasons. Looking forward to the next teaser on Wednesday or whenever that is.
