I know Halo gets the AAA hollywood budget so no Keith David. Wonder how much Keith David costs per word? Still Hype

I’ve watched a lot of movies with Keith David, shows aka Gargoyles, and I’m a big Halo fan. It doesn’t sound like him. Or his voice has been changing recently.
Yeah, havent heard the Arbiter in a while, but thought it was the same voice actor aswell, devs, could you please tell us who voiced the Arbiter?

Date is confirmed as wrong. The announcer mixed it up. Hopefully coming before the 26th.
No release date was announced. One of the commentators at the event said “March 26th” but he corrected himself and he meant “March 2016”. We will still have to wait for an official announcement.
It’s not March 26th even though the announcers said that at the Halo tournament. It’ll probably be March 31st or the 18th or 19th.
