Hello all.
Ive been wanting to play Killer Instinct again, but I had to sell off my PC and only have a Mac. I previously played KI on this mac, when the game was only around 20gb or so, so I know it runs adequately. However, my internal drive is only 128gb, and in partitioning to windows, and installing windows 10, I don’t have enough space for the 50gb that KI entails. I am a bit tight for cash, so buying a new PC / laptop isnt really an option at the moment.
So, I’ve been exploring options:
- First off, I’d like to try installing windows with minimum space on internal drive, and running KI off of a good Flash Drive. Would this work for that? If not, would it be better to use a dedicated external drive for the game?
- I’ve also read you can use a good External Drive to both install Windows and the game. Will this work well enough to play?
Has anyone tried any of these options, and if so, how did it go?
