Supreme Edition, and Shin Hisako bug

Dear Staff.

Some weird things going on…

Recently shift from Slim to Xbox One X.

My Shin Hisako and Supreme Edition All Time 2 x XP multiplier does not shown, and not usable in ingame.

Microsoft Support try to help, but no luck.

Im already read, that bug with Shin Hisako alrerady known issue.

Is there any solution, or progress to solve this?

I have no clue as of right now. I know one thing. I didn’t pay for those season packs to see one character locked.
