Juri debuted in SF4 (one of the version of it, at any rate). I think people like her because she had a pretty cool design, and that whole badass ■■■■■ vibe going on :-p
Her new design is ok. I think I’d like it more if she were posed somewhat more like a normal human being though 
The pose is so ridiculous that I can’t really stop laughing at it.
She did look cool in motion though at the CEO reveal, so I imagine I’ll like her design ultimately

I think she still has it. Maybe the eye patch could just be a way of concealing it from others to see for w.e reason, or possibly a Kakashi like deal where she can’t really turn it off and on so to speak so she keeps it covered up with the patch until its game time lol

Well, her FSE eye malfunctioned in SSF4 and Seth fixed it… now that Seth and S.I.N. are no more (from what we know), her eye might have malfunctioned again and no one to repair it.

Juri was kind of fun to play in SF IV. Her outfit is kind of half spider man half cat woman. I’m not sure what the rings and zippers are for, and she has that magic comic/book video game clothing that is able to conform to her body completely so that every detail of her chest is visible. In real life this isn’t even possible with glue. Urien actually has the same thing going in with his shirt. I’ll never understand why we spend countless hours generating realistic fabric textures and then do this, but it could be worse…
I’m disappointed they are going to pander with a bikini set. It’s just so tacky - although I am willing to admit that Karen looks good with a really solid level of detail. At least the SF V girls look muscled enough to hurt you, even if they all have R. Crumb proportions.
They are going for a neat refraction effect with the water on the beach stage, but it needs adjustment. Refraction doesn’t make objects above the water appear to be underneath it…
