Yay! not only do I get to be Lizardman but I can also be Aeon as well. I think they just got more of my money. Iâm buying the best addition they got.

So, thereâs been some confusion about Tira as a DLC.
Just in case, Iâll explain it to you guysâŠ
Tira is a pre-order free DLC if you pre-order the season pass. Not the game. But the season pass.
However she is also purchasable DLC if you donât pre-order the season pass, but she is not part of the season pass. Meaning that if you donât pre-order the season pass, but get it after the game comes out, you wonât get Tira. Youâd have to buy her individually. You only get her âfor freeâ if you pre-order the season pass.
⊠To be honest, thatâs a bit effed up.

But they have options atleast, Tira may not be in the base roster but either way they win. just save up some cash if you cam. I know some are upset but itâs not the end.
Plus on the bright side they wonât be forced to pre-order. I apologize if I come off as an optimist on the matter. For all we know the DLC wonât be expensive.

However, the obvious cash-grab is kinda cringy.
I donât buy season passes unless I know that all the content is worth it. And I wonât know that before they have revealed it all. Meaning I would have to buy Tira individually, just because I donât wish to pre-order and spend money on something I donât know what is.

Itâs gambling. I donât do that. I want to know what I am getting before I spend money on it. Thatâs only fair, right?
Itâs not about if I can afford it or not. Itâs about knowing what Iâm spending my money on. And since I donât know whatâs in the season pass, I canât tell if it is worth pre-ordering for getting Tira for free. If Tira turns out to be the only DLC I wanted, then by pre-ordering the season pass I most likely spend five times more for the one thing I wanted.

I see your point. though Iâve never had a problem with me doing that. Heck Iâd rather have a character be DLC than be left out entirely. Now thatâs not to say that how they feel doesnât matter it does. Iâm just saying from my personal experience.
But yeah it is a good idea to see what your getting first if you feel that makes it worth it. For me, if a character I main was DLC Iâd buy right away if I had the money for it. It boils down to perspective really. But I still understand why you feel that way.
Well I was getting the season pass deluxe edition anyway.
They knew a lot of people wanted a Tira, thatâs why sheâs placed in that DLC category, for a lot of peopl who wanted her exclusively HAVE to buy the season pass
I did it for Starfire, I spent a lot on ki but not SFV and itâs great because I wasnât pressured to buy the season pass for 2nd season because hardly any of that season interested me
I wouldnât be surprised if Yun Seong is in DLC as well

I know, I also wonder if we will get a hand to hand combat style. I might make Riptor for the heck of it if they d, or at least a beast fighting style.

No, she was pre-order DLC for the game.
The difference is that if you just pre-order the day before the gameâs release, youâll know the content youâre paying for. Because the season pass content arenât fully revealed before the gameâs release, you wonât know what youâre getting when pre-ordering it, and when you finally do know, itâs too late to pre-order.
eh, like i said, i was getting it anyway. I do wish they would just tell us what all of the characters are. Even if it is just a text based list.
That would be enough for me to decide if pre-ordering the season pass would be worth it.
Iâll never understand how that marketing strategy works. I mean, i could understand if you have third party guest characters as part of your season, deals can fall through at a momentâs notice and you donât want to start advertising it until itâs 100% going to happen. But that logic would only save SC6 if all three characters are third party guests (which would make me very happy but alot of other people very upset).
shouldnât that new villain character from the story trailer be on here. I mean, i know they havenât told us anything about him, but he looked like another playable character and not just a boss. Iâd probably swap out Cassandra for him.
Possible, itâs hard to say for sure though.
I can see one upside to DLC. If someone wanted a character in but never got them in they now have a reason to buy the game.
I think you have options. three to be exact. Now personally Iâm gonna buy the seaosns pass for the CAS pieces, but once Aeon is revealed I will pre-order the game.
