So you miss Eyedol's goat-stomp for health regen do ya?

Well maybe you don’t but did anyone stop to think that when he’s in instinct and punches himself in the face it recovers a portion of his instinct meter? Seems to me like a nod to his old OP health regen ability.

I’d take that over his old health regen bs anyday

Would’ve been better if he stomped for the instinct instead of hitting himself lol

Its still a cool throwback i think though.

I agree but it would’ve been an even better throwback if he stomped instead of punching himself :stuck_out_tongue:

Eyedol hitting himself in the face is a really important part of the character to me. He just wouldn’t be as comical an abomination as he is without that sort of thing.

I think the stomp would of made a cool taunt.

I think the stomp was more important to the original Eyedol because his move set had had him acting like a mad bull, and well, that’s something bulls do before they charge. This Eyedol doesn’t charge like that, not in the same way anyway, so the stomping would feel out of place.

I was hoping for that when Isaac did the taunt.

And… nope -_-

Yeah a taunt that doesn’t regen health would have been a nice nod to the original.

Agreed, at least a taunt would have been really cool.

I… actually… liked the stomp on the original KI, oh well.

It would’ve been cool if they replaced punching himself in the face with the stomp during instinct, afterall both heads are awake there wasn’t much reason to punch himself in the face lol.

@TempusChaoti Since both heads are awake, the community unanimously votes that he does his Eyedol stomp chant during Instinct to replenish his instinct in exchange for health.

That’s a VERY GOOD IDEA !! IG, please, listen to this man, that makes perfect sense !

Hell, just give him the stomp as a taunt during instinct even if it doesn’t regen health.

Yeah I mentioned this in a couple other threads. The stomp would be a perfect taunt for the Warrior form, since it could then be cancelled into his run. Of course it would not generate health though.
