Hisako hasn’t had any changes to her damage. She’s always hit this hard. 
If y take a look on the ranked for this beginning S3 u gonna encounter mostly damager industry (hisako,arbiter tusk glacius kim wu aganos rash and some shadow jago.)
To take a good look follow the multi medals pro on Twitch and see by urself most of them changes their main cause too much nerfed and the character has been killed. (Like sabrewulf sadira and other) now the fight takes too long when u takes other characters and that’s really annoying
Or maybe they’re trying out all the new characters because, I don’t know, they’ire new?
