Its broken for everyone. There is no workaround.
There is a fix, open the xbox app on windows 10 (if it is on windows 10) or on your xbox one go to network conectivity, and make sure that the multiplayer servers are connected. If it isn’t, correct it (the app will give you instructions) and then you’ll be able to play.
