Every single character’s moveset (and a good chunk of their frame data) frame data can be found by pausing the game and selecting the Command List. This has been pretty much standard practice in modern fighting games for several years now.
I mean like is her moveset posted somewhere on the net.
In order to look at the movesets of characters that you do not have, go to cpu vs cpu, and have both of the computer players be the character that you want to see the moves of. Then pause the game and go to command list. It should show you that character’s moveset.
