Definitely not an Omen related thing. I had zer0 corruption worldwide. It showed up on Day 2. Complete RNG.
Just finished the hatchery quest, only need two achievements left for the whole game.

New achievements! with 2 secret ones!
Got all but 3 last night. Working on the others now.
Treasure hunter will be the pain. I am not sure how to do hoarder. I have everything you can buy/make and I am short. Maybe beating Gargos more will unlock it.
I like to start my game and unlock achievement without doing anything.
One of the secret achievement just need you to get a Killer guardian with the KI icon on it. The rest, except the other secret, seems pretty straightforward.
So the achievements will unlock if we already meet the requirements through the beta?
Yes. I got 10 or so just when I started the game.
That is great news. Thanks for posting that the achievements are live. I would have had no idea, seeing as achievements didnât pop for me on my first playthrough last night
I had already unlocked all the new achievements and am still currently missing two so close.
Can anyone give some insight to the hoarder achievement. I have no idea what items I might be missing to reach 50. Do mission items count?
Iâm not 100 % sure but I assume that is the case. Iâm stuck at 45 for now, and Iâm not sure I want to do the hatchery quest again to unlock 3 new items 
As it stands I am missing 6 achievements at the moment, hoarder inclusive. This mode is certainly going to take a while to complete.

The other one is âYou eliminated the Umbral Militia in Shadow Lords mode!â. Never heard of that before, but looks like it was in the early access.
Anyone have any idea about the âTreasure Hunterâ or âThreat Eliminatedâ mission criteria? Iâve played a ton of Shadow Lords during the beta and didnât get either.
Guess itâs a hunt to figure it out like âThe Hatcheryâs Secret.â
I know there is a two part mission called ancient relic, but it didnât yield anything for me as of yet. The only other mission I can remember doing was the emergency portal mission and I really donât know how I met the criteria to unlock it.
Emergency Portal is just a random chance. If you donât beat it causes tons of corruption.
Like you i counted my items. I have 48. I think there are some items that you get from Gargos. I got one of them. It is some item that gives you a shadow Lord power. I donât know how many different items Gargos has that you canât buy/make.
Well thatâs good to know. I havenât finished my first new run of the official release yet. Hopefully there is more than one because even with all 3 of the hatchery items, that would only take me to 49. So close.
If you play Mira, then you can get Mayaâs blood as an item. Hope this helps
