I wouldn’t expect Tusk to follow the Barbarion thing to a tee because they did take out time-travel. My only guess is they can take a pajor from Maya’s book and Have Tusk living in part of a secret society of monster hunters, albeit from a different district.
This however is a hypothosis.
Outdoor survivor could mean that he lives out in the woods, but perhaps he could take on the roll as a warrior when he is called to it.
I honestly have no idea how this will all play out so we should cross our fingers and wait and see.

Now that I think about it, Outdoor survivor sounds kinda cool. But we still don’t know anything yet. All this speculation is driving me nuts. Almost as much as riptor’s silhouette. It’s sooooooo exciting!
Unfortunatley all that I have stated is mere speculation so until we see Tusk we Have no way of knowing.
My best advice is when you see Tusk; Identify at least 2 or three key features of the character that make them who they are and see if you can find that on his modern appearance.

Optional Blonde hair.
Optional: Back stance (his back faces the camera/player)

LOL, I’ve read things like Kim Wu with Jago and Maya with Tusk, Orchid with Combo…What about Wulf!? Riptor? Mmh, nevermind, he’s the loner type XD. For season 3 I suggest a GoW character, since the melee is out of control in that game and from time to time I feel I’m playing a fighter -__- but being honest is just because I like the game (not Raam though…) but characters from shooters is true they are not the figther type (I don’t remember how Chris R was like in Marvel vs Capcom 3). Anyway GoW is the fighting game of shooters ;), I really don’t play shooters. Hope IG has some cool ideas for guest characters, I’m really looking forward to seeing what’s new, just…Try to keep it KI. Thank you!

I think it’s amatter if they can balance her gameplay for the game. Cause shes known to use guns, so my issue is she can become another Stryker in MKX where players have done NOTHING but spam that gun attack.
I’m not saying she shouldn’t be in the game. I’m just saying I hope she doesn’t become another one of those. Alot of gun fighters carry this kind of irratatin factor about them, even Dante from MVC3 granted from my experience he seems to be one of the more balanced folks in the game.
As awesome as Erron Black is in MKX he’s just as bad as Stryker.
The point I’m making is so far every character that uses a bullet spitting type of weapon has never been properly balanced or has a tool alot of players just use only. This is an issue because most characters that can’t teleport can only sit back and turtle.
Personally I hope her gunplay has a limit like how many times you can shoot before you have to reload, with reload time being a good amount of time to discourage players to not waste their shots. The idea is that they have to make those shots count.
This discussion may be more appropriate for another day so I’ll end that here and steer back on topic.
When it comes to guests, I hope we only get ONE more guest after Rash because I’d hate for the other slots to be taken up and not have new KI characters in the game.
As neat as guests are I feel anymore than 2 and the game is practically selling out because it means that the developers may not think it’s native roster is good enough to sell the game. MKX has already done this and I don’t want KI to fall into the same trap.
KI’s roster is one of the best in fighting game history and that is one thing about KI that makes it so uniqe aside from the gameplay.
