Regarding the data loss issue

Glad to hear you’re on top of things. I was a bit bummed I couldn’t buy the retro stuff but whateves.

So it’s been 2 days since i bought the DE from the windows store, but everytime i launch the game everything it’s still locked. I’ve tried reinstalling the game, and launching it with the xbox app, but, i’ve got the same result. It is highly appreciated if someone could help me.

Still haven’t gotten back my KI Gold despite the fix rolling out two days ago for the Xbox One version, I’m already dealing with a similar issue of buying something but not having it with bestbuy at the moment so I’m really starting lose my patience.

This still has not been solved for me and i still have a new wiped save.

And rukizzel - Rukari Austin has not answered the emails i sent in 16 days…progress lost and no fix or anything on this in a month (Soon.) This is not ok for me and i need the Ref. Nr for MS Tech for a refund since this game is not Beta,Alpha or Early stage and has so many bugs.

Since my emails dont bring much attention or answers i post here.
