Might be your NAT type restricting your online play.
A few hours ago I was on KI and I was finding matches within a few seconds of each other.

What @duhgerman1 said. I was actually on strict last season and waited for so long before I realized I was on a strict NAT. Once I fixed it I was getting matches left and right.
