The thing is I’m requalifying to play with the characters I never play (it’s hard!) in order to use them more, learning them more and to get the achievement if possible. My question is: Does each match counts individually? Even when you get to gold and fight the best out of 3 if you win those two matches counts as 2 for the 20 matches each character achievement, right?
Yes. Each individual match counts.

Good for you. I like to see that others are doing the ranked achievement for each character like I did. Keep in mind that some characters can cause nasty responses from people.

So far so good, but yes I see your point. I was surprised at the lower ranks (bronze, silver) I expected more tb…g. But I’m almost Killer again and the insults are pretty common now. For instance: I used Arbiter against a person I thought was a “fake silver”, he beat me. Then, because of the salt after losing more than I could stand and being tb…eg I played with my main. I did a supreme victory and the same guy just told me I sucked. Wow, so if I beat you with a supreme with my main I suck but if you beat me without my main I suck too? I don’t understand people anymore. This kind of stuff is negative and it gets me in some way. Playing online can be like this many times but honestly I’ve never expected this kind of things in a fighting game. I know lag drives ppl violent, but this wasn’t the case. The guy was outplayed and insulted me for that. I didn’t do anything to make him feel bad, I just played better.
But there were two matches in which I played one with Raam (My God, the damage! I felt bad about that, lol) and did a comeback. The guy was gold, and send a nice message (I wasn’t expecting that). I told him what I was doing and discovered he is from my same country =) Now I added him as friend to have some matches later and teach him what I know.
At least while playing with other characters I’m not feeling that horrible ranked pressure all the time, and since my connection is not ok lately (the game is doing weird things and disconnections so I’m losing points, just Killer Instinct so far u.u ) I don’t feel is cool to rank if they are penalizing me just for that. So I’ll use all this as training and to take some fresh air while struggling with other characters (wow, it’s hard, really hah!)
Ya I’m really struggling with my Tj wins at the moment but all of season one is done. But since I’m in gold I think I’m going try and take my main and get to killer league while people are saying it’s easy at the moment.
