Problem with new characters and gold skins: where are my skins and characters?!

Hello. I bought 5 april 2016 Killer Instinct Maximum Edition and Shadow Jago in game from Microsoft Store. After that a lot of characters were released. Now I can see in my purchased characters in Microsoft Store: kilgore, eagle, shin hisako and purchased skins: gold pack 1,2,3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, gold eagle , gold rash. But in game I don’t have it! Why? Solve my problem please.

Try reinstalling the game with all the individual DLCs.

I install game 2 days ago, It does not help.
