Post your combos to fully open Tank Chest

I personally have quite a struggle with beating Tank Chests to 2 level. I encourage everyone to post most optimal combos for your mains to get lvl 2 on Tank Chest before timer runs out.

Tusk - standing HP, then repeatedly d+HP

My team consist Orchid and Cinder too, but I need to discover combo for them yet.

Just about any combo will do it if you have relics and or guardians on.

I guess the only tip I can give is to make sure to ultra your opponent so you get two full bars of shadow to work with.

I find any good combo using Hard Linkers and Medium Specials with a Hard Ender does the trick, but I’m also using fairly high level guardians at this point, which makes a difference.

I just stick with the damage loop (Heavy auto->light linker) with shadow moves here and there.

ARIA:

st.hp xx SEA xx SEA, HAD’s, MEA, then any finisher really. I essentially reach the max before the finisher usually anyway.

Kim Wu - Just spam HP

Riptor - Just spam HP

Raam - Make sure you Ultra your opponents. s.HP > QCF+HP > HP > QCF+2P > HP > QCF+2P > HP > QCF+LP > HP that should open it at 2x.

Riptor and Saberwulf: Spam HP
Gargos, Jago and Fulgore: two shadow moves and then heavy autodobles and light linkers.

I didn’t think stat modifiers would help break the chests, I haven’t been able to see the progress bar due to adjusting my hud so this info is useful to me.
Also Fulgore’s shadow eye laser does insane damage to chests.

That’s actually a damage inefficient combo, Riptor’s “auto linkers” do crap damage. It’s fine if you add some shadow moves but if not I think you would be better off doing real linkers.

I’ve never failed to open a chest at 2x just using HP spam.

I have, but it was early on and I wasn’t using any damage buffs in the fight, maybe it will be fine if I try it now that I’m always using guardians.

I never knew you could not open it. wow.

I mean it always opens, but when you fill bar it gives fattest loot.

Wulf: Shadow Leaping Slash, then heavy rabid doubles. I’ve found that if you start your combo with a shadow move, it gives you a big head start.

With proper spacing, Aganos H payload assault can do it in 2 shots
