Possible Glacius Inspiration?

I came across this while looking up different Marvel characters. This is a character called Blizzard.

I think Terminator as the biggest inspiration and the fact that there is an unwritten rule that for every fire chaacter, you gotta have an Ice character.

True. The T-1000 influence was very much apparent in terms of the puddle punch and ice lance abilities, but visually Glacius looked a lot like Marvel’s Blizzard. KI1 in general had a very strong comic book aesthetic, with the strong hyper-muscular bodies, Jago resembling Ninjak, etc.
