I think Anti-Hero and villain are the only routes. The vampire can’t be a hero because he needs to drain blood from humans. He could be a villain in that he just wants to create a vampire army. Similar to the Blade movies where vampires live underground wanting to one day dominate the world.
Anti-Hero could work as in he didn’t want to be a Vampire. Doesn’t want to drink human blood like Blade or Kaneki from Tokyo Ghoul. I think this scene explains how hard his position could be of a vampire not wanting to kill people.
As for the Blood Sucking. He could simply hold characters up by the throat and some red energy plasma starts emitting from the victim and is absorbed into the Vamp’s Arm.
How in the world can a set of movies and novels that do not pertain to you, make you potentially write off all vampires and werewolves? I was a tad disappointed in Iron Man 3, I guess that I should have started hating him afterwards then?
I admit that they embellished the shimmering a tad in the first movie, but if you actually took the time to find out why, it is actually neat. Their skin becomes crystalline like, and near hard as diamond. What happens when you look at snow in the sunlight, or a diamond? It flickers. They do not just sparkle to be pretty, or for no good reason.
Calm down dude just because I personally hated the twilight versions of those monsters doesn’t mean I wrote off them forever it just meant that I didn’t think they would make them like actual monsters for a while since I prefer the monstrous side of these types monsters, which is why I liked that Dracula movie that came out a while ago. Anyway it’s just my opinion don’t flip out.
You read my post much more malicious than what I intended. I wasn’t angry. Read it as if I was trying to casually converse with you, like you would one of your friends, because that is how I typed it.
Besides, what was vampire or werewolf movies doing before the Twilight movies came out? Nothing really. Underworld maybe.
My bad if I came off as an ■■■■■■■ and you’re right most vamp/werewolf movies really didn’t do much, I tend to judge them based off of the movie van hellsing which was one of my favorite movies when I was younger. Always loved how they looked and felt especially the actor that played Dracula.
The vampire character from SNK games posted way above sucked blood as a throw move. Don’t see the difference ere especially since we have Hisako who basically stabs you and swords characters that swipe their blades at you all the time. I think a blood drain animation would be the least offensive. Does Spinal bleed when he gets hit? I never really payed attention if he bleeds.
Hmm, The Vampire in KI could easily just sustain himself in general “life-energy” and not necessarily blood, just to make the move more universal so it harms all characters equally, whether they are human, robot, ghost or monster.
