I recently redeemed a code for the KI PinUltimate edition (I know). I previously had access to KI Ultra Edition Season 1 and KI Classic through Games with Gold. My thought was, if I redeemed the PinUltimate code, it would override the Games with Gold entitlement. The code successfully redeemed, and now I have the PinUltimate tile in my library, but now that I’ve let my Xbox Live lapse, it hasn’t realized that I should own KI Ultra and KI Classic. Am I out of luck due to the age (13 years at this point). Xbox Support has been pretty unhelpful, and the reps just give me AI responses and gaslight me.

That is a tough one, and the bad news is that edition did not have KI Classics. So your upgrade to KI Anniversary edition - as you noted- does not have classics.
So support cannot do anything for you, but glad you were able to find my contact here.
