Performance Test keeps repeating the pre-fight stage scroll (PC)

I can never complete the Performance test in game as it just scrolls across the stage and then repeats itself over and over leaving me to close the game down (this also happens when I try a VS. match.)

Also the game will not let me sign in and Im not sure where I have to put in my Xbox live account (first time playing a game from the Windows Store and I cant find any answers anywhere).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

left click on the windows icon, all apps and click xbox. under option you can login/logout.

Thank you! I haven’t had W10 long so I wasn’t sure if that was in-game or not. I almost managed to fix the stage select problem too.
